Experience the World of Mandalas

From December 16, 2020, to March 14, 2021, the Guardian Art Center, in collaboration with the Palace Museum, proudly presents “A Treasure of Ritual Objects of the Palace Museum”. Mandalas are considered one of the most complex images in Esoteric Buddhist art, holding significant value and meaning within Tibetan Buddhism. How did mandalas evolve over time? What do the intricate and ornate elements of the mandalas we see today signify? Join us on January 30, under the guidance of Zhang Yajing, a research fellow from the Religion Section of the Court Department of the Palace Museum, to uncover these mysteries.
